Transparency is separate from animation
A still PNG can retain transparent areas without motion. ImageUnbox does not convert animated WebP to animated PNG. Keep the original for playback.

Will PNG be sharper?
Not automatically. It cannot restore detail lost in the source WebP. Resizing is not AI restoration either.
Why does the PNG look white behind the image?
Some viewers display transparency on white. Try a dark background. If the original already has a white background, conversion will not remove it.
Can I export every animation frame?
Not in this version. Detected animated WebP requires confirmation and produces only a still frame.
Why did the file get bigger?
Different encoding may produce a larger PNG. Compare JPG if you do not need transparency, or try smaller pixel dimensions.
